1) Digital Goods — General Rule
All items sold on CZYZEWSKI JAKUB are digital files (e.g., PNG/SVG plus licensing document). Once files are delivered or made available for download, they are generally non-refundable.
2) Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
We may offer a refund, partial refund, or replacement in these cases:
- Duplicate purchase — accidentally bought the same item twice (and the files haven’t been used).
- File corruption or missing files — we will promptly re-deliver corrected files; if we can’t, we’ll refund.
- Misrepresentation — the delivered files materially differ from the description or previews.
- Wrong item delivered — you received the incorrect visualization files.
3) Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after successful delivery.
- Files were downloaded and used in production or shared with third parties.
- Incompatibility caused by unsupported third-party tools or workflows not described by us.
- Custom commissions once work has begun (unless we fail to deliver as agreed).
4) Requesting a Refund
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and a brief description of the issue:

We may ask for screenshots, error messages, or a short explanation of the mismatch.
5) Re-delivery & Fixes First
In most cases we will try to re-deliver or provide a fixed version quickly. If we are unable to provide a working or accurate file within a reasonable time, we will process a refund.
6) Chargebacks
If you believe a payment was unauthorized or fraudulent, please contact us first. Unresolved disputes may be escalated via your payment provider; we will cooperate with their process.
7) Taxes & Fees
Any non-recoverable third-party processing fees may be deducted from a refund where permitted by law. Taxes/VAT will be handled per local regulations.
8) License After Refund
When a refund is issued, any rights granted under the license are revoked. You must delete any copies of the files and stop using them in any works or prototypes.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.
